This past Saturday Ole Miss Men’s basketball took on the Tennessee Volunteers in Knoxville, with the game ending in defeat for the Rebels with a final score of 94 to 61. Bruce Stevens led the Rebels with a total of 16 points followed by Terence Davis with 13 points. The win of Saturday’s game ultimately lead Tennessee to the second place standing for the Southeastern Conference.
Last night the Ole Miss Rebels took on Missouri at the Pavilion, after Saturday’s loss the Rebels changed up the starting line up which proved them well as they came on strong with 11 points in the first four minutes. As the first half came to a close the Tigers lead with 40 to 31. In the second half with just a 1 minute and 42 seconds left Dominik Olejniczak tied the game at 67. Despite the Rebel’s efforts it was no match against Kassius Robertson who lead the Tigers with 27 points for the game. In the end the Missouri prevailed with a final score of 75 to 69. High scorer of the game for the Ole Miss Rebels was Terence Davis with 20 points and 11 points for Crawford who is now only four points away from 1,000 points for his career.
This is the fourth straight loss for the Ole Miss Rebels as they take the 13th place standing for the Southeastern Conference. The Rebel’s 11-13 will be heading to Baton Rouge this Saturday to take on LSU 13-9.
